Business environment
The word 'business environment' indicates the aggregate total of all people, organisations and other forces that are outside the power of industry but that may affect its production.
Organising
Organising is that function of business management that deals with identifying and grouping different activities in the organisation.
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a model for understanding the motivations for human behavior. It maps different motivations onto a pyramid, with each level representing a different human need. These include physiological needs, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization.
Staffing
