The case is about a group of 6 graduate students who gather frequently to discuss case studies and learn from them. Within the group, each one was the expert in one domain. The coordination between them was very well initially and they were having an energetic and productive discussion. Also, each one of them had different types of personalities, which caused the conflicts in the group later on.
