China Has Released A Computer Chip That 'Talks' To Your Brain
The chip, named "Brain Talker", was released in Tianjin at the 3rd World Intelligence CongressThe state-owned China Electronics Corporation and Tianjin University recently revealed the fruits of a science fiction-style collaboration; the "Brain Talker", a computer chip designed to be used in brain computer interfaces (BCIs).It was unveiled on May 17 at the 3rd World Intelligence Congress alongside other tech innovations. What can the "Brain Talker" do?A Tianjin University press release says their BC3 (Brain-Computer Codec Chip), "Brain Talker", is aimed at "decoding a user's mental intent solely through neural electrical signals", without the need for normal device commands. The work on this new BCI is aimed at making the tech more widely adopted in the future. “The Brain Talker chip advances BCI technology allowing it to become more portable, wearable, and accessible to the general public,” says Tianjin University researcher Ming Dong in the press release.

Intersate Hydrogen Highway was brought up by Justin Eric Sutton. This highway mainly depends on hydrogen and water. Hydrogen is obtained in the basic process that produces electricity when sunlight striking EPV(Electro Photo Voltaic Panels).panels is then used to convert distilled water into hydrogen and oxygen .While the oxygen could be bottled and sold cheaply the hydrogen would serve as a "battery" store in compressed form in cooling tanks adjacent to the traveler system in utility centers. Electricity is produced by hydrogen using hydrogen fuel cell technology. Electricity generated in hydrogen highway by Magnetic Levitation (MAGLEV) technology may be used to provide for other power needs such as utility stations, access stations lightning and maintenance and rest can be used for domestic usage

Capturing and transforming the sun’s energy into electricity using photovoltaic collection technology has been an ongoing research topic since the early 1960’s. In more recent years, the demand has grown significantly for solar electric power generating systems thus causing the production to rise as well. With the demand for such technology higher efficiency and cost effectiveness has also become a requirement; simply put, higher output power generation is being required with a lower price tag. This demand has paved the way for research groups worldwide to invest time and energy into developing more advanced technologies to suit the needs of the ever growing clean energy industry.
Smart Ambulance Tracking System
Road traffic congestion becomes a major issues for highly crowded metropolitan cities like, Chennai .Ambulance service is one of the major services which gets affected by traffic jams. To smoothen the ambulance movement this paper have come up with the solution of “Intelligent automatic traffic control for ambulance ”. The proposed system creates a android app that connects both the ambulance and the traffic signal station using cloud network. This system makes uses RFID (radio frequency identification) technology to implement the Intelligent traffic signal control. The basic idea behind the proposed system is, if the Ambulance halts on the way due to a traffic signal, RFID installed at the traffic signal tracks the RFID tagged ambulance and sends the data to the cloud. After the acknowledgment for the user through the mobile app, the particular signal is made Green for some time and after the ambulance passes by, it regains its original flow of sequence of signaling If, this scheme is fully automated, it finds the ambulance spot, controls the traffic lights. This system control the traffic lights and save the time in emergency periods. Thus it acts as a life saver project.

PULSE DETECTION AND LOCATION ALERT
Nowadays numerous persons are mislaying their life owing to heart attack and shortage of medical attention to patient at correct stage. Hence, in this project we are implementing heart rate monitoring and heart attack recognition system using IoT. The patient will carry hardware having sensors with android application. The heartbeat sensor will allow checking heart beat readings and transmit them over the internet.
